Precision was terrific!! The tech, Rafael, sent me a text the day I booked my appointment and on the day of my appointment, called me to be sure I was home. My appointment was between 8am and noon. He called me about 8:15 AM. I initially called to have them help me with programming some new garage door clickers and my wife's new car. I was told initially by the girl who booked my appointment that they could not do my remote iron gate but could help with everything else. When Rafael arrived, he was very professional, courteous and all around a good guy who was out to help me. He was able to program my remotes to my garages with ease. I asked about the gate anyway, and he said sure, I'll take a look at it. He figured it out so my wife's new car remote under the rear view mirror now works. I had three phone numbers to call and I am glad I called Precision first and the only number I called. She told me it would be $85.00 and I could not believe it. When it came time to charge me, Rafael said he would only charge me the service call fee of $69.95. WOW!!! He was at my house at least 1 to 2 hours. Took a little time to figure the gate out but he did it.

I recently needed a garage door service company and Googled for one in my area. Several popped up, but I was most impressed with Precision Garage Door Service as it been in business for only 2+ years and had a 5 Star Rating! I enjoyed the reviews and gave them a call. Cassandra was friendly and understanding of working hours but was able to schedule one for later in the week, anywhere from Noon to 4:00. Within minutes an e-mail confirmed the appointment. On the appointment day another e-mail arrived and stated that the technician was on the way. Furthermore, it listed his name, included his picture, and a brief biography. His name was Corbin Jenkins. He called at Noon, said he would arrive about 12:45 and kindly asked if he could bring me a Gatorade or soda!! Amazing! He arrived, diagnosed the problem (a sensor), and corrected it in no time. He also inspected the door, said it was in great shape for being 10 years old, and approved the lubricant in use as top quality. The biography had suggested asking him about his interesting diving activities, so I did. He also shared about his family, church ministries, and social activities. Finally, the service call payment was very reasonable. In less than 45 minutes, Corbin pulled out the driveway. Lastly, an e-mail arrived from the owner of the company, Ryan Ruess, who thanked me for the business!! I am pleased with Precision Garage Door Services, its excellent customer service, and I happily offer this review. Tech arrived at scheduled time..explained what he needed to do..examined door, spring, rollers, etc. Explained my options, provided costs for various options. Installed spring, lubricated rollers, tested system about a dozen times. He was personable, efficient, and skilled.
