Corbin arrived after letting me know he was on his way. Once here he quickly found the problem and began to fix it. I was very happy that everything by Precision had kept me informed by message or phone. Sending his picture in advance was the best info. I definitely recommend using them for many safety reasons.

We had to replace our garage door from hailstorm damage. Ryan was my contact throughout the process, he was very professional, great communicator and a pleasure to work with all around. We had to go back and forth with our insurance for a while, Ryan provided us with all the information we needed in a timely manner and was very helpful. The crew that installed the door were respectful, accommodating and knew what they were doing. Our new door works great and looks fantastic. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone looking for good quality.

We chose Precision Door because they didn’t charge an unreasonable initial rate to start work on our garage door. When they completed the work, the space was left professionally clean. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service because I was having issues with my garage door not shutting with 3 or 4 attempts. A technician by the name of Scott Beheler was able to locate the issue immediately. He was prompt and very professional, I highly recommend this company and Scott for any garage door needs. I did my research prior to contacting Precision Garage Door Service and was impressed with their website. I knew immediately that I was going to use them. I am a firm believer in reviews.

Tech arrived at scheduled time..explained what he needed to do..examined door, spring, rollers, etc. Explained my options, provided costs for various options. Installed spring, lubricated rollers, tested system about a dozen times. He was personable, efficient, and skilled.

His explanations and how to move forward were clear and perfect. He solved the problem and now my old garage door will continue on until I notice signs of its future demise and I call Precision again for a new one or an overhaul.

Your two technicians did a very professional job of removing the old damaged garage door and installing the new door. They were very polite and professional in their work and you can be proud to have them making installations for your company. They finished the work in about an hour less than originally estimated. My garage door was coming apart where the arm from the garage door opener attaches to the door itself. Raphael constructed a reinforcing brace from parts he had in his truck to repair the door. He also re-tensioned the springs and adjusted the door travel. The repair is excellent and looks like it was part of the original installation. Really pleased and highly recommend.
