My left side garage door started making a weird groaning noise. Afraid of the door falling on my car, I called Precision Garage Door Svc and booked an appt online. The day of the appointment, I got a text with an introduction to Scot. He showed up and I had decided I needed a full maintenance inspection and also a new opener for the right side door. Scot went to work and by the tine he left, both garage doors were humming like well-oiled machines, my app was hooked up so that I can see inside my garage AND open both doors remotely! The price was very reasonable and as an added bonimus my goofy doberman made a friend. Absolutely recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

My garage door spring broke all of a sudden. I had a garage repairman in mind, but he never answered me, so I called Precision early morning, and they had a repair technician out to my house by lunchtime. Rafael was very professional, he did a good job of going over the options available and when I made my choice, he completed the repairs quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. If you are having garage door issues, give them a call. They even give a discount to Veterans.

I’m so thankful that I contacted Precision Door of Corpus Christi. I did a quick Google search and they were the first one I called when looking for someone to fix my broken garage door. The receptionist answered right away and was very polite and professional. She scheduled a tech to come the very next day (we are 70 miles away) The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. My door openers were over 20 years old and most of the hardware twice that. He presented several different options and explained each one thoroughly. He worked nonstop until the job was completed and once finished went over everything with me. He programmed both vehicles to open doors and cleaned the garage spotless. I have another garage door opener I will want replaced soon and will be calling Precision Door again (and hopefully get the same tech) I do regret that I didn’t ask for a senior citizen/veteran discount!!

Contacted them Saturday after my garage door decided it didn’t want to work right anymore. Got a return call Monday to schedule. I was kept in the loop as to the tech and appointment. Today, Rafael called and said he was working another job and will try to make the appointment time frame. He actually made it earlier. Was here about an hour. Found the issue quickly and repaired it. He explained the diagnosis and what he did to fix. Before he left, showed and tested everything with me. He saved me several hundred because I thought I would have to buy a new unit based on what it was doing. Definitely keeping their number handy.

My appointment was for 2 pm and Corbin Jenkins was professional enough to call at 1:30 to let me know that he was going to be late and gave me an approximate time. He called when he was on his way. Precision was terrific!! The tech, Rafael, sent me a text the day I booked my appointment and on the day of my appointment, called me to be sure I was home. My appointment was between 8am and noon. He called me about 8:15 AM. I initially called to have them help me with programming some new garage door clickers and my wife's new car. I was told initially by the girl who booked my appointment that they could not do my remote iron gate but could help with everything else. When Rafael arrived, he was very professional, courteous and all around a good guy who was out to help me. He was able to program my remotes to my garages with ease. I asked about the gate anyway, and he said sure, I'll take a look at it. He figured it out so my wife's new car remote under the rear view mirror now works. I had three phone numbers to call and I am glad I called Precision first and the only number I called. She told me it would be $85.00 and I could not believe it. When it came time to charge me, Rafael said he would only charge me the service call fee of $69.95. WOW!!! He was at my house at least 1 to 2 hours. Took a little time to figure the gate out but he did it.
