Scott was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. Scott had all the tools, equipment, and parts with him and fixed our garage door in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable including the replacement parts. All of the five star reviews are warranted based on our experience.

Contacted them Saturday after my garage door decided it didn’t want to work right anymore. Got a return call Monday to schedule. I was kept in the loop as to the tech and appointment. Today, Rafael called and said he was working another job and will try to make the appointment time frame. He actually made it earlier. Was here about an hour. Found the issue quickly and repaired it. He explained the diagnosis and what he did to fix. Before he left, showed and tested everything with me. He saved me several hundred because I thought I would have to buy a new unit based on what it was doing. Definitely keeping their number handy.

My appointment was for 2 pm and Corbin Jenkins was professional enough to call at 1:30 to let me know that he was going to be late and gave me an approximate time. He called when he was on his way. I truly appreciated that because it allowed me to run some errands. When he got here, he was exceptionally friendly and professional and evaluated my needs and offered replacement parts that were needed. Precision was terrific!! The tech, Rafael, sent me a text the day I booked my appointment and on the day of my appointment, called me to be sure I was home. My appointment was between 8am and noon. He called me about 8:15 AM. I initially called to have them help me with programming some new garage door clickers and my wife's new car. I was told initially by the girl who booked my appointment that they could not do my remote iron gate but could help with everything else. When Rafael arrived, he was very professional, courteous and all around a good guy who was out to help me. He was able to program my remotes to my garages with ease. I asked about the gate anyway, and he said sure, I'll take a look at it. He figured it out so my wife's new car remote under the rear view mirror now works. I had three phone numbers to call and I am glad I called Precision first and the only number I called. She told me it would be $85.00 and I could not believe it. When it came time to charge me, Rafael said he would only charge me the service call fee of $69.95. WOW!!! He was at my house at least 1 to 2 hours. Took a little time to figure the gate out but he did it.
