Tech arrived at scheduled time..explained what he needed to do..examined door, spring, rollers, etc. Explained my options, provided costs for various options. Installed spring, lubricated rollers, tested system about a dozen times. He was personable, efficient, and skilled.

Your two technicians did a very professional job of removing the old damaged garage door and installing the new door. They were very polite and professional in their work and you can be proud to have them making installations for your company. They finished the work in about an hour less than originally estimated. I'm up in age and my memory is going, so I don't remember their names, but I very highly appreciate their work.

My garage door was coming apart where the arm from the garage door opener attaches to the door itself. Raphael constructed a reinforcing brace from parts he had in his truck to repair the door. He also re-tensioned the springs and adjusted the door travel. The repair is excellent and looks like it was part of the original installation. Really pleased and highly recommend.

The two gentlemen from Precision Garage Door where very prompt coming when I could not get my garage door closed. After discovering that the main overhead spring was totally rusted out and broken, they were able to replace it that afternoon and now the door opens and closes smoothly. A delightful young man named Corbin called about 11:50 am and said he was on the way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. My appointment window was 12 noon to 4 pm. Corbin arrived about 12:25, assessed what was happening with my opener and explained my options, which was to replace the unit and drive. He did an excellent job in about an hour. He then programmed everything, showed me how to use the opener and operate the camera, cleaned everything up, gave me the invoice which included a veterans discount, collected a check and was gone. Corbin did an excellent job, was a thorough and professional young man, and was a pleasure to meet and get to know! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I ended up calling the other companies to cancel heir appointments. He was so patient and thorough in explaining the different services/equipment he could provide.
