I was very impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. The repair man Scott. Beheler explained everything that needed to be done with my garage door. Answered all of my questions. I was very happy that he could do the repairs that I needed on this one visit. Overall was a very very positive experience. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needs to have their garage door repaired.

The two gentlemen from Precision Garage Door where very prompt coming when I could not get my garage door closed. After discovering that the main overhead spring was totally rusted out and broken, they were able to replace it that afternoon and now the door opens and closes smoothly. Both men were knowledgeable about what to do, were kind and very pleasant. Thank you!!!!

A delightful young man named Corbin called about 11:50 am and said he was on the way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. My appointment window was 12 noon to 4 pm. Corbin arrived about 12:25, assessed what was happening with my opener and explained my options, which was to replace the unit and drive. He did an excellent job in about an hour. He then programmed everything, showed me how to use the opener and operate the camera, cleaned everything up, gave me the invoice which included a veterans discount, collected a check and was gone. Corbin did an excellent job, was a thorough and professional young man, and was a pleasure to meet and get to know! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I wanted to give a big thank you to Rafael Hernandez for installing my garage door opener. I initially had a few other quotes set up after his but after speaking to him I was sold. I ended up calling the other companies to cancel heir appointments. He was so patient and thorough in explaining the different services/equipment he could provide. There was no pressure and even gave me options I did not even consider. He was prompt, professional and very attentive to what I needed done. He was able to do the instillation on the spot. Great experience from making the appointment to completion of the job. Rafael Hernandez explained issue in detail and covered the options for a new garage door opener. A really good technician for sure. The installation went quickly and without a hitch. Rafael also programmed car integrated remote and explained how to do my wife's car when she gets home. Assisted in setting up MyQ app also. I had compared prices with other local companies and Precision was the best. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you
