We chose them based on their attitude and professional demeanor. Extremely pleased with the work they did removing the old 60 yr old door which was rotting and not very stable & replacing it with the new one which is quite pretty & very nice. Would use them again in a heartbeat based on how well they did. Plus, they worked tirelessly the entire time they were here. We did insist they stop for lunch which we provided. I choose precision garage door service because I was need of help with my broken garage. The technician Rayan Ruess that came to my home was very prompt and knowledgeable also very considerate with me having to return to work. He took time with listening to me and asking if I had anymore questions or concerns after finishing the job. My car was in the garage and I had to walk to work so his promptness was very much appreciated and for that I thank you again for my new springs and rollers and all other parts you added to reinforce the proper operation of my garage door.

Rafael Hernandez was great... a pleasure to work with. A true professional in all aspects of the service and service call. With several offices noted in the Corpus Christi area, the limitations in the web based service coordination was a concern. Rafael called as he was preparing to "head my way"... and it was only at that point that I felt comfortable in noting that I was interested in openers for two garage doors... that I lived in a gated community (and provided him with the gate code). A web note and opportunity to provide additional comments about the service call from my perspective would have eliminated my concern until the last minute that I would have a chance to explain the scope of the work I was requesting. Give; Rafael 5 stars.... Online booking needs a little work from my perspective. Even the options below describing service does not allow me to state that I was dealing with two garage doors. I discovered my garage door spring was broken Saturday morning at around 0800. I couldn't get out of my garage. I just had back surgery a few months ago and could not fix it myself anymore plus it would have been 4 to 5 days to get replacement spring. I called Precision and they had someone at my home in Kingsville by around 10:00 am. The representative that took my call was professional and efficient. I also wasn't expecting that fast turnaround. The door technician that did the work (Rafael) called me twice before he appeared at my home so I knew when he would arrive. He was professional and first did an inspection. He then provided three options for the repair, some of which included replacing some of the worn parts with new parts. Everything was documented on a computer tablet. I made a decision to go with the Lifetime Warranty option. He had all the required parts in his service van, which looked brand new. The repair and replacements parts were installed was the work was completed within about 2 or so hours. He worked the entire time without interruption and wasn't taking personal cell phone calls like I have seen some of these techs do. It now runs better than it ever did and is a lot quieter and smoother. I would definitely recommend this business if you ever have a garage door issue. It's dangerous to try and fix it yourself, although I have done it before. I was always concerned about safety aspects. They use high quality parts, which is not always the case with some of the replacement springs that are sold on-line or through other companies. I highly recommend this company for your garage door work.

I called Precision Garage door service for their same day service guarantee. They sent us a bio of our technician and he called to give updates on his arrival time. Our technician Corbin was outstanding. He was extremely polite and highly knowledgeable, not to mention fast and competent. We are new to the area and I expressed to him some of my concerns about security. He recommended a different style of garage opener with an automatic deadbolt and an app that would tell us if the door was open or closed. I am very very pleased with the product he recommended and slept better knowing that my door was secured.

Safety sensors quit working after lightning strike in yard (along with many other LED things). Tech Corbin discussed options and did installation next day (part missing in his truck). Looking over the installation I found all satisfactory and the clean-up even better. Corbin had a great personality and worked fast. Good job!
