Rafael Hernandez was great... a pleasure to work with. A true professional in all aspects of the service and service call. With several offices noted in the Corpus Christi area, the limitations in the web based service coordination was a concern. Rafael called as he was preparing to "head my way"... and it was only at that point that I felt comfortable in noting that I was interested in openers for two garage doors... that I lived in a gated community (and provided him with the gate code). A web note and opportunity to provide additional comments about the service call from my perspective would have eliminated my concern until the last minute that I would have a chance to explain the scope of the work I was requesting. Give; Rafael 5 stars.... Online booking needs a little work from my perspective. Even the options below describing service does not allow me to state that I was dealing with two garage doors. I selected Precision based upon reputation and responsiveness. thanks MIKE PARKER
