I’ve used Precision when I lived in Navarre, Florida. They’ve always done a great job. Really appreciated the time Corbin spent with me explaining everything about the door and keypad. A delightful young man named Corbin called about 11:50 am and said he was on the way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. My appointment window was 12 noon to 4 pm. Corbin arrived about 12:25, assessed what was happening with my opener and explained my options, which was to replace the unit and drive. He did an excellent job in about an hour. He then programmed everything, showed me how to use the opener and operate the camera, cleaned everything up, gave me the invoice which included a veterans discount, collected a check and was gone. Corbin did an excellent job, was a thorough and professional young man, and was a pleasure to meet and get to know! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I wanted to give a big thank you to Rafael Hernandez for installing my garage door opener. I initially had a few other quotes set up after his but after speaking to him I was sold. I ended up calling the other companies to cancel heir appointments. He was so patient and thorough in explaining the different services/equipment he could provide. There was no pressure and even gave me options I did not even consider. He was prompt, professional and very attentive to what I needed done. He was able to do the instillation on the spot. Great experience from making the appointment to completion of the job. Rafael Hernandez explained issue in detail and covered the options for a new garage door opener. A really good technician for sure. The installation went quickly and without a hitch. Rafael also programmed car integrated remote and explained how to do my wife's car when she gets home. Assisted in setting up MyQ app also. I had compared prices with other local companies and Precision was the best. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you

Corbin did an excellent job explaining the problems we were having with our previously installed garage door opener. He attempted to fix the existing one that turned out to be defective out of the box. Corbin then installed a new opener for us on the same visit all the while explaining the procedures and steps he was taking to make our problems disappear. He made sure everything was working flawlessly. I highly recommend Corbin and Precision garage door for repairs or any new installation.

I called this morning to see when someone could come and give me an estimate to fix my garage motor. Within an hour he was at our house and replaced the whole motor and a lot of other parts and did it all in one day and was very professional and fast.
