I chose Precision because you were the only one to directly answer your phone and give me a quick repair date. Scott Beheler was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. It was a great experience and I will be recommending Precision to my friends!

I went through Angie’s list and they referred me to you. I am very pleased with your service. The garage door opener went out on me. I had an appointment between 2 & 6. Rafael called me around 1:30 and asked if they could come by earlier and I said, sure. I am not disappointed with the work, timeliness, competence and attitude from both Rafael and JC. They were great and took care of me. They had to replace my garage door opener. Now I’m able to open tge garage door from the inside, the outdoor garage panel, remotely and wirelessly, if I want. Thank you so much!

My left side garage door started making a weird groaning noise. Afraid of the door falling on my car, I called Precision Garage Door Svc and booked an appt online. The day of the appointment, I got a text with an introduction to Scot. He showed up and I had decided I needed a full maintenance inspection and also a new opener for the right side door. Scot went to work and by the tine he left, both garage doors were humming like well-oiled machines, my app was hooked up so that I can see inside my garage AND open both doors remotely! The price was very reasonable and as an added bonimus my goofy doberman made a friend. Absolutely recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

Great service. Technician showed up on time and gave me options for the repair. Rafael was professional, friendly and thorough. If all service companies were this easy to work with repairs would be much less hassle.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service from the Padre Island Business Association website. Scheduling was simple online and I received a phone call from Scott prior to his arrival. Scott was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. Scott had all the tools, equipment, and parts with him and fixed our garage door in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable including the replacement parts. All of the five star reviews are warranted based on our experience.

I was at a loss when returning home and found that my garage door would not open. I went to the internet and booked an appointment with Precision Garage Door. Contacted them Saturday after my garage door decided it didn’t want to work right anymore. Got a return call Monday to schedule. I was kept in the loop as to the tech and appointment. Today, Rafael called and said he was working another job and will try to make the appointment time frame. He actually made it earlier. Was here about an hour. Found the issue quickly and repaired it. He explained the diagnosis and what he did to fix. Before he left, showed and tested everything with me. He saved me several hundred because I thought I would have to buy a new unit based on what it was doing. Definitely keeping their number handy.

My appointment was for 2 pm and Corbin Jenkins was professional enough to call at 1:30 to let me know that he was going to be late and gave me an approximate time. He called when he was on his way. I truly appreciated that because it allowed me to run some errands. When he got here, he was exceptionally friendly and professional and evaluated my needs and offered replacement parts that were needed. I accepted the options and he proceeded to fix the door quickly, and efficiently. I truly appreciated his friendly and professional work ethic. He was a joy to work with.

Precision was terrific!! The tech, Rafael, sent me a text the day I booked my appointment and on the day of my appointment, called me to be sure I was home. My appointment was between 8am and noon. He called me about 8:15 AM. I initially called to have them help me with programming some new garage door clickers and my wife's new car. I was told initially by the girl who booked my appointment that they could not do my remote iron gate but could help with everything else. When Rafael arrived, he was very professional, courteous and all around a good guy who was out to help me. He was able to program my remotes to my garages with ease. I asked about the gate anyway, and he said sure, I'll take a look at it. He figured it out so my wife's new car remote under the rear view mirror now works. I had three phone numbers to call and I am glad I called Precision first and the only number I called. She told me it would be $85.00 and I could not believe it. When it came time to charge me, Rafael said he would only charge me the service call fee of $69.95. WOW!!! He was at my house at least 1 to 2 hours. Took a little time to figure the gate out but he did it.

I would like send a big thank you to Scott Beheler for providing a great service and answering all questions. Explaining what needed to be replaced and why. My garage door was loud and noisy. Due to old age. But now it's been upgraded and can barely hear it. Thanks again!
