Corbin did an excellent job explaining the problems we were having with our previously installed garage door opener. He attempted to fix the existing one that turned out to be defective out of the box. Corbin then installed a new opener for us on the same visit all the while explaining the procedures and steps he was taking to make our problems disappear. Extremely pleased with the work they did removing the old 60 yr old door which was rotting and not very stable & replacing it with the new one which is quite pretty & very nice. Rafael Hernandez was great... a pleasure to work with. A true professional in all aspects of the service and service call. With several offices noted in the Corpus Christi area, the limitations in the web based service coordination was a concern. Rafael called as he was preparing to "head my way"... and it was only at that point that I felt comfortable in noting that I was interested in openers for two garage doors... that I lived in a gated community (and provided him with the gate code). A web note and opportunity to provide additional comments about the service call from my perspective would have eliminated my concern until the last minute that I would have a chance to explain the scope of the work I was requesting. Give; Rafael 5 stars.... Online booking needs a little work from my perspective. Even the options below describing service does not allow me to state that I was dealing with two garage doors.
