I went through Angie’s list and they referred me to you. I am very pleased with your service. The garage door opener went out on me. I had an appointment between 2 & 6. Rafael called me around 1:30 and asked if they could come by earlier and I said, sure. I am not disappointed with the work, timeliness, competence and attitude from both Rafael and JC. They were great and took care of me. They had to replace my garage door opener. Now I’m able to open tge garage door from the inside, the outdoor garage panel, remotely and wirelessly, if I want. Thank you so much!

Great service. Technician showed up on time and gave me options for the repair. Rafael was professional, friendly and thorough. If all service companies were this easy to work with repairs would be much less hassle.

My garage door spring broke all of a sudden. I had a garage repairman in mind, but he never answered me, so I called Precision early morning, and they had a repair technician out to my house by lunchtime. Rafael was very professional, he did a good job of going over the options available and when I made my choice, he completed the repairs quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. If you are having garage door issues, give them a call. They even give a discount to Veterans.

I’m so thankful that I contacted Precision Door of Corpus Christi. I did a quick Google search and they were the first one I called when looking for someone to fix my broken garage door. The receptionist answered right away and was very polite and professional. She scheduled a tech to come the very next day (we are 70 miles away) The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. My door openers were over 20 years old and most of the hardware twice that. He presented several different options and explained each one thoroughly. He worked nonstop until the job was completed and once finished went over everything with me. He programmed both vehicles to open doors and cleaned the garage spotless. I have another garage door opener I will want replaced soon and will be calling Precision Door again (and hopefully get the same tech) I do regret that I didn’t ask for a senior citizen/veteran discount!!

I bought a new house and inherited a garage door opener that needs some adjustment. Rafael came out and was EXCELLENT! He was extremely knowledgeable, tweaked it all, and helped with remotes. I will totally use them again!

Contacted them Saturday after my garage door decided it didn’t want to work right anymore. Got a return call Monday to schedule. I was kept in the loop as to the tech and appointment. Today, Rafael called and said he was working another job and will try to make the appointment time frame. He actually made it earlier. Was here about an hour. Found the issue quickly and repaired it. He explained the diagnosis and what he did to fix. Before he left, showed and tested everything with me. He saved me several hundred because I thought I would have to buy a new unit based on what it was doing. Definitely keeping their number handy.

Precision was terrific!! The tech, Rafael, sent me a text the day I booked my appointment and on the day of my appointment, called me to be sure I was home. My appointment was between 8am and noon. He called me about 8:15 AM. I initially called to have them help me with programming some new garage door clickers and my wife's new car. I was told initially by the girl who booked my appointment that they could not do my remote iron gate but could help with everything else. When Rafael arrived, he was very professional, courteous and all around a good guy who was out to help me. He was able to program my remotes to my garages with ease. I asked about the gate anyway, and he said sure, I'll take a look at it. He figured it out so my wife's new car remote under the rear view mirror now works. I had three phone numbers to call and I am glad I called Precision first and the only number I called. She told me it would be $85.00 and I could not believe it. When it came time to charge me, Rafael said he would only charge me the service call fee of $69.95. WOW!!! He was at my house at least 1 to 2 hours. Took a little time to figure the gate out but he did it.

We chose Precision Door because they didn’t charge an unreasonable initial rate to start work on our garage door. When they completed the work, the space was left professionally clean. Our Technician was courteous and explained, in detail, what needed to be repaired and any warranty that applied. We’ll certainly use them again!

Outstanding work from the crew Christopher Gonzales and Rafael Hernandez who went above and beyond to get my door installed. Not cheap, but a beautiful door with a great installation process to make my property hurricane resistant and to provide both beauty and security. One of the great companies in Corpus Christi, I highly recommend them!

Rafael called before the appointment to let me know the time he would arrive. He was very professional and thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. His explanations and how to move forward were clear and perfect. He solved the problem and now my old garage door will continue on until I notice signs of its future demise and I call Precision again for a new one or an overhaul.

My garage door was coming apart where the arm from the garage door opener attaches to the door itself. Raphael constructed a reinforcing brace from parts he had in his truck to repair the door. He also re-tensioned the springs and adjusted the door travel. The repair is excellent and looks like it was part of the original installation. Really pleased and highly recommend.

Very professional. They were able to be here a day earlier than scheduled. The technician provided detailed estimates with three alternatives. The prices were appropriately what I expected from reviewing Google averages. The work was completed quickly and efficiently even as we were late in the day. I highly recommend this company.
