Rafael called before the appointment to let me know the time he would arrive. He was very professional and thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. His explanations and how to move forward were clear and perfect. My garage door was coming apart where the arm from the garage door opener attaches to the door itself. Raphael constructed a reinforcing brace from parts he had in his truck to repair the door. He also re-tensioned the springs and adjusted the door travel. The repair is excellent and looks like it was part of the original installation. Really pleased and highly recommend.

Great experience from making the appointment to completion of the job. Rafael Hernandez explained issue in detail and covered the options for a new garage door opener. A really good technician for sure. The installation went quickly and without a hitch. Rafael also programmed car integrated remote and explained how to do my wife's car when she gets home. We chose Precision Door because they didn’t charge an unreasonable initial rate to start work on our garage door. When they completed the work, the space was left professionally clean. Our Technician was courteous and explained, in detail, what needed to be repaired and any warranty that applied. We’ll certainly use them again!
