I discovered my garage door spring was broken Saturday morning at around 0800. I couldn't get out of my garage. I just had back surgery a few months ago and could not fix it myself anymore plus it would have been 4 to 5 days to get replacement spring. I called Precision and they had someone at my home in Kingsville by around 10:00 am. The representative that took my call was professional and efficient. I also wasn't expecting that fast turnaround. The door technician that did the work (Rafael) called me twice before he appeared at my home so I knew when he would arrive. He was professional and first did an inspection. He then provided three options for the repair, some of which included replacing some of the worn parts with new parts. Everything was documented on a computer tablet. I made a decision to go with the Lifetime Warranty option. He had all the required parts in his service van, which looked brand new. The repair and replacements parts were installed was the work was completed within about 2 or so hours. He worked the entire time without interruption and wasn't taking personal cell phone calls like I have seen some of these techs do. It now runs better than it ever did and is a lot quieter and smoother. I would definitely recommend this business if you ever have a garage door issue. It's dangerous to try and fix it yourself, although I have done it before. I was always concerned about safety aspects. They use high quality parts, which is not always the case with some of the replacement springs that are sold on-line or through other companies. I highly recommend this company for your garage door work.
