We chose them based on their attitude and professional demeanor. Extremely pleased with the work they did removing the old 60 yr old door which was rotting and not very stable & replacing it with the new one which is quite pretty & very nice. Would use them again in a heartbeat based on how well they did. Plus, they worked tirelessly the entire time they were here. We did insist they stop for lunch which we provided. Rafael Hernandez was great... a pleasure to work with. A true professional in all aspects of the service and service call. With several offices noted in the Corpus Christi area, the limitations in the web based service coordination was a concern. Rafael called as he was preparing to "head my way"... and it was only at that point that I felt comfortable in noting that I was interested in openers for two garage doors... that I lived in a gated community (and provided him with the gate code). A web note and opportunity to provide additional comments about the service call from my perspective would have eliminated my concern until the last minute that I would have a chance to explain the scope of the work I was requesting. Give; Rafael 5 stars.... Online booking needs a little work from my perspective. Even the options below describing service does not allow me to state that I was dealing with two garage doors. I selected Precision based upon reputation and responsiveness. thanks MIKE PARKER

Fast response to request for quotation for new garage doors. The technician (Corbin) was well versed about all of the products and presented options that fit my needs. I called Precision Garage door service for their same day service guarantee. They sent us a bio of our technician and he called to give updates on his arrival time. Our technician Corbin was outstanding. He was extremely polite and highly knowledgeable, not to mention fast and competent. We are new to the area and I expressed to him some of my concerns about security. He recommended a different style of garage opener with an automatic deadbolt and an app that would tell us if the door was open or closed. I am very very pleased with the product he recommended and slept better knowing that my door was secured.
