A delightful young man named Corbin called about 11:50 am and said he was on the way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. My appointment window was 12 noon to 4 pm. Corbin arrived about 12:25, assessed what was happening with my opener and explained my options, which was to replace the unit and drive. He did an excellent job in about an hour. He then programmed everything, showed me how to use the opener and operate the camera, cleaned everything up, gave me the invoice which included a veterans discount, collected a check and was gone. Corbin did an excellent job, was a thorough and professional young man, and was a pleasure to meet and get to know! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Corbin did an excellent job explaining the problems we were having with our previously installed garage door opener. He attempted to fix the existing one that turned out to be defective out of the box. Corbin then installed a new opener for us on the same visit all the while explaining the procedures and steps he was taking to make our problems disappear.
