After discovering that the main overhead spring was totally rusted out and broken, they were able to replace it that afternoon and now the door opens and closes smoothly. A delightful young man named Corbin called about 11:50 am and said he was on the way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. My appointment window was 12 noon to 4 pm. Corbin arrived about 12:25, assessed what was happening with my opener and explained my options, which was to replace the unit and drive. He did an excellent job in about an hour. He then programmed everything, showed me how to use the opener and operate the camera, cleaned everything up, gave me the invoice which included a veterans discount, collected a check and was gone. Corbin did an excellent job, was a thorough and professional young man, and was a pleasure to meet and get to know! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

The tech called 45 minutes before arrival and was right on time. He was a very personable young man who listened carefully to what I had to say. He courteously outlined what he intended to do before we discussed equipment and costs. After a thorough inspection of my old door he recommended a sensible and cost effective solution to my concerns. After I brought up the idea of possibly upgrading the opener motor he patiently showed me another device that would satisfy all my needs. There was no high pressure sales involved. We arrived at a satisfactory price and I was surprised when he said he would start the installation immediately. The job was finished in less that two hours! That's what I call 100% great service!
