Corbin did an excellent job explaining the problems we were having with our previously installed garage door opener. He attempted to fix the existing one that turned out to be defective out of the box. Corbin then installed a new opener for us on the same visit all the while explaining the procedures and steps he was taking to make our problems disappear. He made sure everything was working flawlessly. I highly recommend Corbin and Precision garage door for repairs or any new installation.

I called Precision Garage door service for their same day service guarantee. They sent us a bio of our technician and he called to give updates on his arrival time. Our technician Corbin was outstanding. He was extremely polite and highly knowledgeable, not to mention fast and competent. We are new to the area and I expressed to him some of my concerns about security. He recommended a different style of garage opener with an automatic deadbolt and an app that would tell us if the door was open or closed. I am very very pleased with the product he recommended and slept better knowing that my door was secured.

Safety sensors quit working after lightning strike in yard (along with many other LED things). Tech Corbin discussed options and did installation next day (part missing in his truck). Looking over the installation I found all satisfactory and the clean-up even better. Corbin had a great personality and worked fast. Good job!

Had a spring break. Called after hours on a Wednesday and they wanted to come out first thing Thursday morning but was going to be out of town so I made an appointment for Friday afternoon when I would be back. Corbin (service professional) called me when he was about 45 minutes from showing up and even offered to stop and get me a water or Gatorade on his way over. I was pleasantly surprised with that. Excellent and prompt service. The only reason I gave it a 5 star review is because 6 wasn’t an option!
