Rafael Hernandez was great... a pleasure to work with. A true professional in all aspects of the service and service call. With several offices noted in the Corpus Christi area, the limitations in the web based service coordination was a concern. Rafael called as he was preparing to "head my way"... and it was only at that point that I felt comfortable in noting that I was interested in openers for two garage doors... that I lived in a gated community (and provided him with the gate code). A web note and opportunity to provide additional comments about the service call from my perspective would have eliminated my concern until the last minute that I would have a chance to explain the scope of the work I was requesting. Give; Rafael 5 stars.... Online booking needs a little work from my perspective. Even the options below describing service does not allow me to state that I was dealing with two garage doors. Safety sensors quit working after lightning strike in yard (along with many other LED things). Tech Corbin discussed options and did installation next day (part missing in his truck). Looking over the installation I found all satisfactory and the clean-up even better. Corbin had a great personality and worked fast. Good job!
