My garage door spring broke all of a sudden. I had a garage repairman in mind, but he never answered me, so I called Precision early morning, and they had a repair technician out to my house by lunchtime. Rafael was very professional, he did a good job of going over the options available and when I made my choice, he completed the repairs quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. If you are having garage door issues, give them a call. They even give a discount to Veterans.

Rafael called before the appointment to let me know the time he would arrive. He was very professional and thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. His explanations and how to move forward were clear and perfect. He solved the problem and now my old garage door will continue on until I notice signs of its future demise and I call Precision again for a new one or an overhaul.

The tech called 45 minutes before arrival and was right on time. He was a very personable young man who listened carefully to what I had to say. He courteously outlined what he intended to do before we discussed equipment and costs. After a thorough inspection of my old door he recommended a sensible and cost effective solution to my concerns. After I brought up the idea of possibly upgrading the opener motor he patiently showed me another device that would satisfy all my needs. There was no high pressure sales involved. We arrived at a satisfactory price and I was surprised when he said he would start the installation immediately. The job was finished in less that two hours! That's what I call 100% great service! Tech communicated eta, and arrived on time. We had a new router and wifi installed due to power failure / surge. Lost all remotes and phone access during update to new wifi. Tech found and resolved issue immediately, then guided me on how to resolve if issue happens again. Tested and checked all remotes and kepads to ensure all worked. Due to waterfront, recommneded changing rollers to a nylon ss roller system vs metal. I had him change all rollers out to new ones. Great guy and great service.

Had a spring break. Called after hours on a Wednesday and they wanted to come out first thing Thursday morning but was going to be out of town so I made an appointment for Friday afternoon when I would be back. Corbin (service professional) called me when he was about 45 minutes from showing up and even offered to stop and get me a water or Gatorade on his way over. I was pleasantly surprised with that. Excellent and prompt service. The only reason I gave it a 5 star review is because 6 wasn’t an option!
